It certainly seems that way.
If teachers are planning to have a “day of action” that starts on a Monday at 10 am, then it appears that some teachers will need to take a personal day to attend. Teachers in Wake County have a workday on September 30th, but teachers in other districts do not have the day off (unless their school or district recognizes International Podcast Day as a holiday).
Hopefully, those who attend define what “full funding of public schools” means.
