As the House debates a budget that includes a $3 Billion
gaping shortfall for next year, the Senate Finance Committee approves a $451
Million debt package.  State debt
would increase to 4.25% of the General Fund revenues, pushing the ceiling on
what we?re allowed to incur.    

In addition the House counts on $500 Million in Federal
Medicaid money to balance it?s budget ? money that may or may not be coming.
When questioned about passing an unbalanced budget, House leaders said they?d
worry about it later. 

All with big claims of creating jobs.  Who are they kidding?  They are setting us up for massive tax
increases, bigger government and unsustainable spending.
