I went to read the Tribune papers online this morning. There was an article that appeared to have some more realistic numbers than the usual fare on unemployment. I clicked it, but I kept getting an ad trying to sell me government grants. [If “grants” or “government grants” are shown in the last sentence as hyperlinks, I did not do it.]
By the way, the browser I am using automatically highlights words in my blogs that direct people to government handouts. It is as peevish as the deluge of ads on the radio trying to get us to apply for government food, and all the friends telling me I need to sign up for some kind of aid I do not need.
