Entrepreneurs get so focused on their mission that when any resources have to be dedicated to hiring lawyers to fill out paperwork or to pay for local fees and applications and taxes, it kills many small businesses before they get started.
I wonder what Cuban would say about plans to increase an uncompetitive state marginal personal income tax rate from 7.75 percent to 8.5 percent.
