For those keeping score… the ONLY Asheville City Council candidate to?NOT come on the “Take a Stand!” radio program (www.mattcave.us) during the general election cycle was Elaine Lite, the candidate who is advocating a complete moratorium on building in Asheville and a?firm ban on any franchise or corporate businesses from locating in downtown Asheville. Word on the streets is that she was hesitant to come on the show out of concern for the questions she would get from callers. Seems like she’ll do just fine with the current majority on Asheville City Council, if elected.
