We’re all glued to Wall Street these days, rightly concerned with the return on our investments. But many of us don’t think to ask that same question about our investment as taxpayers. This weekend’s edition of Carolina Journal Radio features an interview with Locke Foundation Fiscal Policy Analyst Joe Coletti in which he does just that.
The interview is based on Coletti’s new report. That leaves North Carolina at a huge disadvantage.
