Just got this email from a Kris Wampler, who was there:
On a sign: “UNC should not take $ from an organization with a racist,
homophobic, sexist, and anti-poor record.”From three separate chants:
“Stop the hate, stop the fear, we don’t wan this money here!”
“Hey hey, ho ho, this proposal’s got to go!”
“2-4-6-8, no more money based on hate!”
Ah, I love it. Liberal 1960s protest-complex at its finest!
