The Atlanta city council is mulling over outlawing pants that allow a person’s underwear to show as the pants sag down to mid-thigh. That is the male version.
For females, the concern is thongs. Specifically, popping thongs above the waistband of pants. Never a good idea.
But I doubt you can outlaw stupidity and bad taste.
