After 14 years in court, Raleigh attorney Gene Boyce settled his libel lawsuit against N.C. Attorney General Roy Cooper without a trial.
Boyce offered the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society today key evidence he would have presented at trial in the case. In the video clip below, Boyce explains why he pursued the matter for almost a decade-and-a-half.
