- Preventing hospitals from building satellite campuses in Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs and Garner
- Increasing water rates now that the drought?s over but the restrictions are still in place, because water usage and therefore water revenue is down
- Seeking to double Raleigh?s impact fees
