Way to go CMPD and Mecklenburg County justice system. You’ve got Amad Cousar back and only had to rig up a GPS sting truck and spend God knows how many man-hours to do it.
Back in April you caught and released Cousar on misdemeanor larceny charges and before that, in February, he was popped for three parole violations — stemming from an August conviction — and allowed to go free after not quite 60 days in jail.
You are not fooling anyone, least of all yourselves.
