Sure, N.C. Republican Party chairman Ferrell Blount may have partisan reasons for asking U.S. Rep. Frank Ballance to resign his seat immediately. But here’s a rock-solid, unassailable reason: He still hasn’t filed several tax returns for his John A. Hyman Memorial Youth Foundation.
Is anybody in the media going to ask him why? Don’t most people go to jail for blowing off the IRS?
