N&R report on Rockingham County District Attorney and 6th District Congressional candidate Phil Berger Jr.’s courthouse sound system indeed raises questions. Among them:
*Did Berger break the law?
*Why didn’t Berger tell anyone else about plans for the system in the new courthouse, which opened in 2011?
*Why does nobody seem real worked up over it?
*Last —but not least —considering the fact that Chief District Court Judge Fred Wilkins shut the system in May 2011, why are we just now hearing about it?
