A select group of lawmakers and congressional staffers are getting quite the treat next week.

The Washington Post reports that the USDA will serve them a school lunch ? to show “the improvements the department has made in the nutritional quality ? and taste ? of the $1.2 billion of school commodity foods and to win support to fund further improvements.”

Meanwhile, USA Today enlightens us on the possible contents of those meals.

Holy cow. Or maybe that should be unholy cow.
