Via Crime in Charlotte comes news that Holly Mitchell has been arrested again!
Recall that just a month ago we noted here that Mitchell had been set loose by Superior Court Judge Linwood Foust. Mitchell is the repeat offender who took a rifle to a high school football game. Foust had him in court in January for a probation violation and ignored the advice of prosecutors and probation officers and let Mitchell go with 10-days of “weekend” jail time.
Mitchell was arrested again on Monday by CMPD, this time for breaking and entering. As it is a misdemeanor charge, it’ll probably be ignored or dismissed. Mitchell still appears to be in jail as of this writing.
But just wait until he gets before Foust or some other nightmare of a jurist. That’ll change soon enough.
