House Bill 590 has now passed the Senate, 49-0, after passing the House, 114-0.
This bill contains the John Locke Foundation’s top recommendation in our Policy Position on Red Tape and Regulatory Reform:
1. Tweak the periodic review process so that all rules under review are either repealed or subjected to the rules-adoption process again.
