Incidentally, Deadspin posted the photo, which is funny because just this AM over at Ed Cone’s blog I took to the defense of sports blogs like Deadspin in the face of amazing hostility from the mainstream pressers. They are obviously very threatened.
Basically, were it not for places like Deadspin, where would we go for the sports info that someone — somewhere — would prefer to downplay or keep under wraps? You know, like being a stunt-double while on IR.
