The N&R’s Mark Binker reports that the moratorium on public broadband —passed by the state Senate earlier this month —- has found its way to the House, attached to a bill that would eliminate the sunset provision for the E-NC Authority.
I actually tried for a moment to figure out what one has to to do with the other. Then I realized we’re dealing with government here.
