13th Congressional District Rep. Ted Budd scored 100 percent on Conservative Review’s Liberty Scorecard. Budd was the only North Carolina representative to score 100 percent— next up was 11th District Rep. Mark Meadows, with a score of 93 percent.
As for Sens. Thom Tillis and Richard Burr—–well let’s say they didn’t fare as well…..
