Hallelujah. A reporter finally writes a story about the reality of economics and the marketplace: there is always opportunity for those with a solid idea and the fortitude to take a risk. As U.S. public policy heads left and way too many Americans want, even expect, government to be their daddy, it’s that last quality — the willingness to take a risk — that’s in very short supply. We should hold entrepreneurs and risk-takers in high esteem. They are the people who create jobs and provide all of us with an ever-growing array of products, services, and comforts.
