You were invited to attend a program extolling the benefits of Medicare. Today, the headlines read, “Groups Want Change in Medicaid Decision.” Well, that’s nice. Maybe the easiest thing in the world to do is to want. The problem is, when there are more wanters than givers, there is disappointment and often strife. Better it is to get to work and try to earn what you want, and it could be the hardest part of that work these days is putting government in its place.
