My good friend and colleague, NC Spin moderator Tom Campbell, is the great-grandson of the man who founded Campbell University. Tom?s grandfather, Leslie, also served as president of what was then a junior college in rural Harnett County. Tom offers his reflections here on the occasion of the relocation of Campbell?s law school to Raleigh.
