It is happening in Cleveland already because of the NFL lockout. And just think, there is absolutely no reason to be a Fake Browns PSL owner, hence no legal standing to sue anyone.

Ken Lanci is seeking $25,000 for breach of contract from the Fake Browns. I’m told that the Panthers’ PSL language is airtight from a legal perspective, essentially committing the team to providing the PSL “owner” absolutely nothing in return for their thousands of dollars.

But wouldn’t it be fun to run it by a judge to find out? Surely there is some lawyer PSL holder who is a little miffed at Jerry — or is Charlotte even more impossibly clubby than I imagined?
