Writing today on NRO Deroy Murdock says it is time for the Republican Party to put out to pasture all of the old codgers who set the stage for one-party rule under the far Left.
Good history of the last eight years, and good advice. Republican leaders should try to dissuade candidates who have no comprehension of our economic problems and no ability to explain things to voters. Republican primary voters should finish the winnowing job. The trouble is that you can’t centrally plan a political party any more than you can centrally plan an economy.
