Neither business leaders nor neighborhood activists say they are pleased with the current proposal, and the planning board’s chairman, Arnold King, says that’s a good thing….
“I think everyone on the board has listened to both sides, and we’ve tried to reach a compromise position,” King said. “When neither party’s happy, then you’ve probably done OK.”
