If Gov. Pat McCrory’s “Carolina Comeback” exists, the evidence should rest in North Carolina’s economic and state budget data.
State Budget Director Andrew Heath made the case for the “Comeback” during a presentation to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society. In the video clip below, Heath spells out key data points that support the argument that North Carolina’s economy has improved substantially in the last three years.
