Tolly Carr’s truck was airbound when it hit Caey Bokhoven, according to the accident report, which was released today:
Carr first drove into the construction zone headed west on First Street at Burke Street, then ran off the road to the right and collided with steps of an apartment building at 1409 W. First St. The truck then vaulted over a concrete wall and hit Bokhoven in front of a law office at 1411 W. First St.
The truck dragged Bokhoven and stopped after hitting the steps in front of a two-story building at1413 W. First St.
Charges against Carr still revolve around his blood alcohol when they are made available.
