The N&O is getting around to a theory that we speculated on here last month: That Eve Carson was still alive when ATM cams snapped a shot of her killers using a drive thru bank.
The paper reports that the photo carries a time stamp of 3:55 am. Carson is believed to have been shot around 5 am. Police understandably will not comment, but I believe Carson was being held at gunpoint in the back seat of her SUV at the time the photo was taken.
Guess we will find out more in open court.
