The Charlotte Area Transit System has found a new need — your old dishes. CATS needs them for a mosaic it has planned for one of the upcoming South Blvd light rail stations.

I suggest leaving a note in the collection spot at the McColl Center for the Visual Arts explaining that you must keep your old dishes because you cannot afford new dishes due to all taxes you pay to support things like a $450 million light rail line, a $40 million trolley, and millions more in spending on related items such as $4 million in signage for said choo-choos.

PS — Don’t forget to add your suggestions for a name for the light rail line, got to be better than the Ozone Express that is stuck in my head.
