The quote above came from Major Frank Stout of the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department. He said it in a conversation about the increasing number of victims of violent domestic abuse, and intended it to have general application. May this proof that uttering politically-incorrect, albeit factually correct, statements does not lead to sudden death liberate you to go and do likewise.
