I’ll echo the opinion of commenter J. Knight: Wow, finally a Winston-Salem Journal editorial I agree with.

The Journal editorialists, who normally believe government should do everything it can to help us poor idiots, are suddenly calling for hands-off on FDA regulation of tobacco:

And by limiting marketing, the regulation could cement Philip Morris USA as the nation’s leading cigarette manufacturer — to the detriment of Winston-Salem’s Reynolds American and other companies.

I guess it comes down to the old expression: You don’t (use the bathroom) where you eat.
