Just had to post this today …

My brother-in-law is a business executive in Southeast Asia for a large American corporation. On his recent return to his home in China (okay, gotcha … the old definition of “Red”), he found the Chinese are greeting one another in the streets, apropos the season, “Merry Christmas!”

Apparently citizens of the largest officially atheist regime on the planet, one with a currently suppressed and persecuted Christian minority, are not squeamish about acknowledging the historic roots of the Christian holiday.

For cryin’ out loud, people, what is it going to take?
