Tuesday, Asheville City Council will vote on ex pos facto ordinances clearly intended to deal with Occupants. According to city staff, the city wishes to make a distinction between free speech and erecting tents, cooking, and defecating on public property, which is supposed to be set aside for the enjoyment of all citizens.
