With two decades of service on the nation’s highest court, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has carved out a mark as today’s leading exponent of the principles spelled out in the Declaration of Independence.

That’s the assessment of Ohio Northern University law professor Scott Gerber, who discussed Thomas’ legacy today during a presentation for the John Locke Foundation and the Campbell Law School Federalist Society.
