When the blizzards of 2010 hit the Northeast, many bloggers and comedians made jokes asking what ever happened to global warming. Irony-impaired global warmists tut-tutted that weather is not climate, not realizing they were being ridiculed.
But now it’s Al Gore’s turn, and he has no problem pointing to weather and claiming it’s climate:
If there’s a drought – it’s global warming. When there’s a hurricane – it’s global warming. If there are heavy snows or even blizzards – it’s somehow global warming. And amazingly, the latest round of rainy and windy weather in the Northeast, well that’s consistent with this phenomenon as well, so says former Vice President Al Gore.
I await the derisive corrections from the AGW crowd. (crickets…)
