Hey, maybe I’m missing something, but getting more officers out on the streets while clarifying and simplifying lines of responsibility seems like a positive change by CMPD Chief Rodney Monroe.
Now if there is no follow through on those responsibilities — or complete denial about them — then we’ll have a big mess. But I’m waiting to give these changes a chance. We absolutely could not keep doing what we were doing.
