I admit it, I like Richmond Chief Rodney Monroe, both for his track record of embracing technology and for telling folks last night that he responds to every homicide. If nothing else, we’ll get our money’s worth out of that alone.
But I have the feeling the fix is in for Deputy Chief Jerry Sennett. Hope I’m wrong.
