To clarify a previous post (which I updated), the EPA had made what is referred to as an endangerment finding regarding CO2.  This means the EPA believes “that greenhouse gases contribute to air pollution that may endanger public health or welfare.”

Before there are proposed CO2 regulations, the EPA is receiving comments on their proposed endangerment finding.  A final finding may take awhile for many reasons, including legal challenges.  In other words, it may be awhile before we see proposed regulations.
