Now that people who pay close attention to the political fight over global warming have had a chance to view last week’s debate between William Schlesinger and John Christy, their reactions are generating new attention for the John Locke Foundation’s work. The Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation highlighted the debate in its latest newsletter, and the Britannia Radio blog picked up an entry from Climate Strategies Watch Director Paul Chesser that cited debate observations from JLF Vice President for Research and Resident Scholar Roy Cordato. Chesser and Cordato’s work earned even wider distribution when U.S. Senate staffer Marc Morano highlighted their information in one of his regular global warming e-mail blasts. (Cordato also contributed an opinion article this week to the Leland Tribune. The piece refuted myths about the nature of deficit spending.)
