On Saturday May 18th, The Wake-Up Republican Women’s Club of Guilford County presents a free symposium: “Common Core Educational Standards: What You Should Know.”
Speakers from the John Locke Foundation (me), The Cato Institute, Guilford County Board of Commissioners and nationally recognized experts on testing. Special lunch guest: Congressman Howard Coble.
The event begins at 10:00 am and concludes at 3 pm
Lunch is $10 and will be provided by the Guilford County Teen Age Republicans.
