Organization and management development consultant Paul Slobodian, who’s also a trained psychologist, identifies four competing factions in the ongoing debates over education reform in North Carolina and across the country. He discussed those factions and their contrasting views during a presentation today to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
