Having just suffered through the Duke womens’ defeat at the hands of NC State’s basketball team, congratulations are in order for NC State. Duke’s playing was not their best, while NC State’s was. It just remains to see who NC State plays, and what happens tomorrow.
The coach Yow story was mentioned nonstop on FSN as the inspiration to the State team–and maybe that really made the difference. Best wishes to Coach Yow, a well deserved win. UNC is certainly a happy team going into this afternoon’s contest, as UNC fans showed while rooting for NCSU this afternoon (I will be doing same tomorrow).
