Republican Patrick McHenry appears to be holding his own in the 11th congressional district race (56-44 percent) with almost half of precints reporting. Howard Coble, R-6th, Bob Etheridge, D-2nd, and David Price, D-4th, are holding large leads in their races.
All sources agree that Kay Hagan will be the junior senator from N.C. next year.
*Update: WRAL.com has called four congressional races: Butterfield (1st district), Coble (6th district), Watt (12th district), and Price (4th district) for the incumbents.
