North Carolina lawmakers are grappling with redistricting again this year, and the N.C. Institute for Constitutional Law chose the topic of redistricting for its first “Constitutional Conversation” today in Raleigh.

Specifically, NCICL asked its expert panelists about the impact of the most recent court cases on North Carolina’s legislative electoral map.
