And many more have responded favorably and quickly to my requests for public records that explained their relationships and dealings with the Center for Climate Strategies — even North Carolina up until recently. And Virginia and Florida haven’t even hired them but provided documents that revealed their discussions with CCS.

Everyone has been mostly cooperative, at least with initial records I’ve requested, except for one: Maryland. So they get a double dose of criticism today in the Washington Examiner.
