As for the public TV expansion, it’ll take days to figure out what is being proposed. From the sound of it, county commissioners do not understand it either, but are taking staff’s word for it. Super.

Update: The number is $63 million. That’s the amount the county will attempt to reduce spending by in order to avoid a tax hike in an election year.
