Winston-Salem optometrist David Freeman returned to the witness stand this afternoon in the N.C. Board of Elections hearing.
Former state Rep. Michael Decker was his patient. Freeman says
he delivered checks to Decker from the N.C. State Optometric Society
Political Action Committee every two years.
Freeman says he performed that task four or five times.
