of Aetna. They discuss the possibility of an individual health
insurance requirement; details to be worked out later. It brings to
mind Friedman’s idea to at least have catastrophic coverage for
everyone. Now that health savings account plans are available,
and improving daily due to that good ol’ competitive spirit, an
individual health insurance requirement sounds more palatable. This is
an interesting step to consider in the WSJ of all places; but what will
socialists do if we solve the health care crisis?
