AB Tech recently succeeded in getting voters to approve a quarter-cent tax increase to pay for capital improvement projects. (Remember, Newton’s fourth law tells us political money is not fungible, so increasing capital revenues could not possibly do anything to loosen funding for allocations elsewhere.) Anyhoo, when it was announced that friends of AB Tech would start a huge education campaign, a PAC was formed to oppose the tax increase. Some people opposed the tax so much, they paid much more to support the PAC than they would ever have paid in taxes. Some opponents argued the school was mismanaged, being way too top-heavy under the current administration. The former president had only one assistant, but now AB Tech is advertising for:

An administrative assistant to the Special Assistant to the President for Accreditation
