I noted this earlier, but you just have to wonder when a group cites a study to legislators then refuses to provide details on the study or even who did the study or when. The Cumberland County Business Council has every reason to advocate for Goodyear, but if they are going to lobby for a $40 million payout that just got vetoed, they should know people will ask about their study.
